About Me

My husband and I moved to Gainesville in 1999. He is an associate professor at the University of Florida. We have two children and a zoo of pets! When we made the decision to come to Gainesville there were a lot of things we needed to know about the area and buying a new home. We had an excellent Real Estate agent who guided us through the entire process and helped us make informed decisions about our most important purchase. She did not just stop with the closing of the home, but also assisted us when we had questions about local needs such as doctors, repair work and more. Having an agent who went above and beyond to help us with our transition to Gainesville made all the difference.

This is the experience I strive to provide to all my buyers and sellers. Having a degree in counseling I know the importance of and am able to listen to your wants and needs. As a buyer this helps you find just the right properties to look at without having to view those that do not meet your criteria. As a seller this means helping you market your home in the manner that will maximize your potential sales price. My goal is to help buyers and sellers make informed decisions without pressure and to make the process of buying or selling a home as easy and enjoyable as possible. It is also my goal to make your transition as easy as possible by being available to you even after the sale.

In an effort to bring you excellent customer service I have provided you with links to many of the important services you may be interested in exploring in our area. I hope you will find it helpful. It is one of just many tools I provide you with as a buyer and a seller. Please email me with any any questions and let me know how I might be able to assist you further.
